• De Minimis Changes: The EU has abolished the €150 customs-duty exemption, replaced by a €3 flat-rate duty. Simultaneously, the US CBP suspended the $800 de minimis exemption for international mail shipments, effective July 24, 2026, requiring formal postal entry and bonding.

• CPSC eFiling: As of July 8, 2026, eFiling Certificate of Compliance data via ACE is mandatory for all regulated consumer products.

• Maritime Law: China has revised its Maritime Code, while the UK ETS was extended to the maritime sector effective July 1.
