What changed in freight markets this week?

According to Drewry’s World Container Index, the composite index fell 1% to $4,473 per 40-foot container for the week ending August 29.

Which rules require immediate attention?

FMCSA’s broker-transparency proposal has cleared agency review and is now with the White House.
