What is disrupting Asia-origin cargo this week?

Zhoushan bunkering stopped Oct. 22 with no restart date. As Champi passes northern Taiwan and the East China coast Oct. 23–25, gate closures and vessel restrictions are expected across Zhejiang and Fujian. Shanghai and Ningbo ran about four days late (Platts); Drewry reported Shanghai waits of 3.4 days in week 39 versus 1.3 globally.

Shanghai–Los Angeles sits at $8,007 per 40ft and Shanghai–Rotterdam at $3,632. Carriers blank eight Asia-Europe sailings next week, up from two.

• Note (iv)(4) adds 3926.90.9915 and .9920.

• With 9903.88.69, omit the matching Chapter 99 number; refunds go through a Post Summary Correction or a protest.
